Most are on Mondays but the rest want to stick with Saturday so we've got two. Monday being the first and Sat the second. So Monday start of week.

you're doing really well!!!! All you need is a 7000 calories deficit a week to lose two pounds a week and your settings will adjust to that. Cut yourself some slack. make a choice. Exercise (which you have done ) and eat some naughty food or stick to a calories deficit diet. keep at it! :smile:

love this post! One of things that worked for me was actually visualising myself at 13 stone. I was 15 stone and wanted to be 12 but that was huge so everytime I exercised or got stuck I visualised how I would look feel and what others would say. Totally worked. Thanks for a great post!:smile:

Have you tried wheat free etc. There are some good alternatives out there I think. To be honest I eat mostly fish and I have a piece of steak now and again. I'll have pasta and bread once a week. The only thing I seem to bloat up over is lentils sometimes and then I look 7 months pregnant (or so my mother tells me! ha ha)…
