When someone congratulates me on my weight loss I feel both proud and embarrassed. Embarrassed because I had let myself get so big. Proud because I'm sticking with it. :blushing:

When I started strength training I gained. For me it leveled out and I had a great loss and then losing ever since. The one thing I know I have to be careful with is portions. Make sure you are weighing and measuring. When I have a gain it's usually because I go lazy with my portions. Just a thought!

I'm addicted to the scale too! I weigh a minimum of 3xs a day. I have been tracking my weight daily for over a year. :blushing:

I lose in spurts as well. One month I'll lose really well and then the next month I'll be lucky to lose 1 lb. It's frustrating I still have 50-60 lbs to lose you would think it would be easier. :happy:

Good luck! I am signing up for Yoga classes at work 1 day a week for 5 weeks just to get a feeling for it. I'm scared out of my mind :ohwell: This is in addition to taking Kick boxing 3 days a week.

I think the biggest thing for me that helped me change my mind set is realizing that every diet I have been on had ended and when it did I ended up gaining back all of the weight plus. Compression Pants are awesome!!! You can get them at Target, Kohls, just about anywhere.

Whenever I have a really good work out I seem to retain water. It can stick around for a week but it will balance out. You'll lose the water weight and the weight from your food deficit. Hang in there! :flowerforyou:

Gargle with warm salt water. Not just one time but repeat, I generally use a whole coffee mug full. I also take a decongestant to help stop the drainage.

I hated feeling like I didn't fit in my skin. It's bad when you feel as if your pants are too tight but once you start feeling like your skin is getting too small.. Fat sex sucks I wanted to feel pride in myself again I was tired of feeling sick and tired.
