I did it, Im on day 35 now, and actually I am finding it easier then I thought. Of course being in northern Canada, our warm weather is just starting to arrive, so maybe when the heat hits that beer might look a lot more appealing. But I will of course take the challenge up .

I've been here now 11 days and its helping lots. The motivation and community really helps. Also nice to see what other people are eating as that gives you new ideas. I have about 30 lbs to loose and of course could use all the help I can get, motivation is a big factor. I log in every day. You can add me if you like :))

I don't want to say its a new account for me, I like to think of it as a new beginning. I have always delayed and made excuses as to why I was over weight, but it came down to me being motivated. I witnessed a co-worker taken away in ambulance due to heart problems ( he is ok btw) and that is the only motivation I needed.…

Thank you for the advice. I guess I should have stated that I cant eat nuts. I guess I can look for some protein boost shakes or something. again thank you for your imput.
