    Hey, I have been doing this for close to 8 weeks & love it! I lost 2 lbs a week the first 5 was then went to Texas to see my 2 grandsons. I hadn't seen them since my daughter died in Jan of 2012. Am an emotional eater and lost grips plus the party was at Chuckie Cheese. Anyhow.... I gained 3 back and had to spend 2 more weeks losing it. Somehow the weight comes on a lot easier and faster than it goes off, But ... I didn't throw in the towel and got back on that ole proverbial horse. Stick with this and it will work. When you are accountable daily for your food intake it does make you stop and think about what your next meal should be in order to stay within your allotted calorie, fat etc. ranges. Whew ... Didn't mean to writes book.LOL. I still haven't even introduced myself to myfitnesspal .. Guess I'll do that next. Anyway, you can add me too. We can encourage each other ... Especially when things get a little rough!
