I was at 135 the week after graduation and now almost 5 years later I am all the way up to 170. (My heaviest ever!) If I could just get to 140's I'd be happy!

Today is third day one for me and I'm ready to crack down and start the process right. Anyone is welcome to add me as long as you're motvating!

This is how I am that first day is what kills me, I'm allowed 1200 calories and on the first day I tend to go closer to 1300. I am under my limit majority of the time. My TOM only lasts 5 days max and I usually work out at least 3 of those days. I am glad to hear I am not the only one who has to think about all of this.

I am new to this and am 21 wanting to lose 25lbs (starting out.) I actually do like veggies but can't eat too many at once. I have a desk job with no kids as well!!
