DITO on all except the amount lost, that is excellent! You have came so far to stop yet, I know I don't have much room to give that advice when I am feeling the same exact way, I feel as if I stay plateaued. I hope there are some good suggestions coming up as well!

I have sleep trouble, but I take a prescription med to help me with that. Try a Tylenol PM as soon as you get home from work, its not addictive and your body will feel well rested and you can get up still in time to get your workout in.:yawn:

You will start losing, I went through this too, I was ready to quit, I started feeling better after I exercised though and increased my water and then the weight starting dropping, I look forward to TOM though, that's when I lose the most :noway:

Yes, it works, you just have to stick with it, I have lost 12 in 2 months, not as fast as I would like, but I didn't gain it overnight either. Good Luck!:drinker:

I was there last week, thanks to some advice from my MFP friends, they told me to increase my water by A WHOLE lot and to increase my work out intensity, I was walking 30 minutes, or 20 minutes or bicycling for 30, the past few days I started running 1 minute (slowly) and walking 2 minutes then repeating for about 45…

According to the BMI chart here at work it says that the top healthy weight for your height and weight is 140. I think you are at it now. 121lbs is toooo smalll!!
