Just came back from a 45 min walk and hubby asked if I had a good walk. I said "sure, I burned about 300 calories!". Then his face went kinda funny and he asked "How many calories are burned during sex?".... so I googled it lol. This is what I found - warning for anyone who wouldn't appreciate some off coloured humour.

    I actually tried looking it up in the exercise database, because I log all exercise I do, however infrequent it might be!!!
