THANK YOU! It's taken about 2 years, it was a very slow process to lose the weight but I am actually glad I did it this way. I learned A LOT along the way!!! I am finally happy with myself, I will continue to workout and obtain more muscle but as for concentrating on losing weight I'm done with that.
