New mommy for the 5th time here!!! Baby is 2 weeks and I am getting ready to get back to getting fit :) Right now I am just resting as much as possible with 5 kiddos (10 this month, 8, 6, 2 and 2 weeks), eating well and enjoying these precious days! I am going to start my journey by doing a detox created by nutrition…

As long as you aren't over doing it, I'd say you are fine to exercise 4 days in a row....I personally mix my workouts up and alternate between lower body and upper body workouts so my muscles have a day to rest.
-
I'm right there with you...my midwife told me to cut ALL carbs and sugar and only eat all the protein and all the veggies I want. With my last baby she had me on 200 gr of protein a day to keep my BP down and it worked! All swelling went away and I controlled my BP.

Great work! You are beautiful before and after!

Just to push yourself the extra mile. Don't stop when you are tired. Push through. Take rest days so your muscles can heal. Lift weights, have fun, mix it up, and keep your body guessing. This is what I have learned on my own the past 4 months.

Thanks. I tried this for a whole month and nothing happened. I kept strict tally of everything I ate. It just did not work. But juicing is working for now and I am still lifting, eating protein and getting stronger everyday.

UPDATE..... {After Week 17 & Breaking Through My Plateau} So here I am after week 17. I hit a stand still in my weight loss April 19-May 14. I know, not long right? WRONG! When you are eating healthy, working out, counting calories, watching macros, and doing everything you know to do, then 4 weeks seems like forever!…

Hi, I'm 30 years old and just recently hit a plateau. I started juicing 1 or 2 times a day and the weight is starting to fall off. Read about it here and see pics.... http://healthyshrink.blogspot.com/2013/05/after-week-17-breaking-through-my.html
