It's been 15 weeks so far. I've struggled the past month and a half to lose anything, but the scale finally started moving again! SW: 228 lbs CW: 194 lbs GW: 130 lbs depending on how I look. I have been lifting, so not sure what # would be right for 5'2" :)
I'm supposed to eat 1578 calories a day to lose 2 lbs per week. If I burn 1700 calories by workouts and only eat 3000 calories instead of 3293 will I lose weight and how much weight should I lose each week?
