Congrats! You look really great.
I have to ask since this question comes up so much - do you eat back your exercise calories? What's, on average, your daily calorie intake?0 -
You are doing great! Keep up the good work and the results will follow!!!!0
-
Fantastic what is your key contributing factor that got you there??:flowerforyou:0

What a great milestone! Congrats0

Great work! You can really see a difference.0

I don't eat back the calories right now....I may try it, because my weight loss has slowed down. But I don't stick to strictly 1200 calories either...I am somewhere between 1200-1400. I eat lots of protein and veggies + 2 shakes a day. I cut gluten completely, because of the effect it has on my brain ( it makes me cry uncontrollably?). I exercise 1.5 hrs a day- as many days a week as I can!0

Thanks everyone! It's hard work, but so worth it! Another thing to remember is that if you are eating healthy and exercising, don't rely on the scale!!!! Use a tape measure instead0

I got rid of all junk, white sugar, white potatoes, gluten (because of health issues), traded cow milk for coconut milk and Almond milk, I exercise 5x a week (cardio/strength mix), I only drink water, I make sure to get my Zzzzzzzzz, and have good friends/supporting husband and children to help me along the way0 -
that's amazing for such short time, keep up all the hard work.0
