^^^THIS and I will add that soda makes you hungry! I quit soda (I know right?!) and it is hard at first, but I don't miss it now. I eat less and am satisfied. PROTEIN is huge in keeping you full as well :) Hope that helps!

more fruits and veggies! I love PB&J, but it's high in calories. Bananas are good for a filler. Protein definitely helps keep you full as well.

Jan 15th I weighed 228 lbs. I lost 24 lbs and my weight started to slow down. I joined this challenge and have lost 10 more making it a GRAND TOTAL of 34 lbs in 15 weeks. SW for this Challenge:204 lbs CW: 194 lbs 10 lost !

Who cares what they think. Hold your head up high and walk in like you own the place :) It might just be that you are self conscience and they aren't really judging you. Maybe the girl glaring at you is just in shock and awe. Maybe she is thinking "Wow, that is my hero" :)

Not sure....I've been experimenting with the whole shock your body by eating a little more, but have gained 4 lbs :( I was eating 1300-1500 cal a day and hit a plateau as well. I'm not liking the gain....
