The cheating is 100% his fault. and cheating is never justified. However, she has some responsiblity for the marriage breaking up.

What's the point of the butter unless you're supposed to use it when sauteing the vegetables, but it seems that you just throw them in with the ground beef. I'm thinking of omitting it.

I'm looking really good to finish strong. August Goal 200 Week 1 52 Week 2 42.5 Week 3 69.5 Total 164 36 miles to go!

I'm a regular blood donor too. Keep up the good work. I never count it as anything, however I do of course give myself a well deserved day off of exercise for the day following.

I'm still in the running to make goal. August Goal 200 Week 1 52 Week 2 42.5 Total 94.5 94.5 miles to go!

That is kind of funny, when my wife was pregnant (both times) she would imagine there was an earthquake while she was asleep about once a month. She would wake me up in the middle of the night and ask me if I'd "felt it". Then she would turn on the radio to try to get an update on the "earthquake". It was so real to her…

I think you're making Niner's case for him. I'll stay in California. We have several earthquakes every day, but most of them are too small to feel.

Okay, the first week went well: Goal 200 week 1 52 to go 148 I'm on task for my goal.

I'm in, I'll try for 200. I'm not off to a good start however, I intended to ride to work today and went out in the garage to find a stupid flat. I ended up driving today.

If you are on a chip timing system, hang back at the beginning for 20 seconds or so, it will keep you out of the fray at the beginning and you'll not get kicked in the face. When you start the course will be much clearer and you'll be able to run in and get swimming with out the competition of the pack. Then swim like heck…

Yes, we just don't contribute as much as the women do.

It's taco Tuesday. I rode my bike to work so I could enjoy!

Beautiful San Diego!

I find it important to plan my meals ahead of time, otherwise I end up going for what is convenient rather than what's smart. However, I find that it doesn't work well for me to log meals ahead of time. I still frequently change my mind and go with something else, however the planning overall works well.

Whoops, I'm ashamed of myself for forgetting that one!

Me too, I don't think they're half bad. I like it much better than MGD 64.

I agree completely, I can run up 3 flights of stairs and not be winded. I often beat the 25 year old guys up the stairs!

My wife made me the most amazing salad last week. Mixed Greens Strawberries Feta Cheese Red Onion Tomatoes She made the dressing by mixing raspberry preserves with balsmic vinegar & adding salt and pepper. Man, it was good! I grilled some Mahi Mahi to have with it. Easy Fantastic dinner.

These sound good, I think I'd like to try them with vanilla protein powder and without the Peanut Butter so I can have some sugar free syrup on top.
-
I think this is a tool I will have in my toolbox for the rest of my life. I hope to get to the point that I don't have to log in everyday. That being said, I need to keep myself in check. When my pants start to get tight or I see the scale up 10 pounds, I need to get right back on here and not let things get so out of hand…

add cigars and you've hit all my vices. Oh wait, cookies, Oh wait, Mexican food, Oh wait, ... fortunately everything is under control, and I can't even say I endulge moderately in the above at the moment. Sigh!

I still use ff milk as I want the extra boost of protein. This is a personal decision, I can see someone going for a lower calorie choice.

I am an apple, but I used to be a pumpkin. This is actually an important question. People who have apple shapes and gain weight around their mid-section are much more prone to heart disease and other health concerns than people who gain weight in their hips and bottom.

Yum, I hope to see some of your soup receipes in posted in the receipe section soon.

I often prefer a smaller portion of "regular" food than the diet alternative, in cheese for example, I would generally prefer to use a smaller amount of regular cheese than the low or fat free version. I do find, however, the longer I am on this journey, the more I prefer fresh fruits, vegetables etc. so that I do have…

I'm trying to spur myself on to the finish line. I'm going to buy myself a nice bike computer when I get to 195.

Boy, it takes a while for the scale to move when you have to lose 14 pounds to say I've lost one stone.
