I would buy a package of time in the internet cafe on the ship and just go on once a day and log everything. It won't take that much time or be that expensive. Obviously you won't want to waste time talking to us when there is a Rhumba class in the ballroom. Either that or just don't worry about it.

My family calls these eggs in a basket. Really good. Although I have to admit that we use a glass or a biscut cutter to make the hole.
-
I love eggs over easy (with Pam) topped with really hot salsa. Yum!

When I get under 200 pounds, I am going to buy myself a really nice bike computer. I want one so badly!!!!

At first I read this to read "scotch", and thought, now there's an idea to fight the bordom.

Great job David! What an inspirational story. Do you follow the calorie/nutrition settings recommended in MFP, or do you use the custom setting to set your limits?

The one in San Diego is a pretty big deal. We have at least 600 people every month! The weather should be nice, so there should be more.

I didn't ride to work yesterday as I usually do and am feeling pretty sluggish today. Have an appointment to go Mt. biking before work tomorrow, so it's all good. Plus this Friday is Critical Mass in San Diego, so I can't wait!

I can't stand his comedies, but I've liked him in the few dramatic roles I've seen him in. I can't remember the name of the movie but his wife and kids died and he's extremely grief stricken and drives around on a Segway.

That gooey liquid cheese they put on nachos. Most people love it and it makes my skin crawl. But I have problems with all fake cheese things, Cheetos, Cheese nips, etc. Yuck!
-
That's not being whimpy it's being smart. Its dangerous enough for a bike out on the roads without poor visabilty and long breaking distances in the rain.
-
Yikes, I guess it's "wear your flack jacket to work day" there everyday!
-
Good for you!!!

Is anyone joining me in National Bike to work day tomorrow? I try to ride twice a week. I'm hoping to see few more people tomorrow, so I don't feel like I'm the only one. There are supposed to be 75 checkpoints giving out refreshments and prizes in San Diego, are any other cities doing anything?
-
This is in the U.S. but maybe MFP can take it international. We appreciate the support from the UK in any event!
-
That's the way to be creative! Great Job!

They're giving away t-shirts tomorrow, I hope I pass somewhere to get one. Walking works too, you're getting exercise and not depending on a car. Good Job!

They honestly stretch quite a bit, so I imagine you'll be able to make them fit. If you are concerned about all the curves showing they make mountain bike shorts that have the lycra compression shorts inside, but on the outside they look like hiking shorts. The bottom line however is that everyone looks stupid in bike…

I got rained on in my morning commute today. Who would have thought, it's not supposed to rain this late in the year in San Diego. It actually kept me cool, but the wet roads and traffic make me nervous.

1 cup of fruit with 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese. I put hot sauce on top, but I realize that's an acquired taste and not for everyone.
-
Really! Yum!

Tofu and yam flour. You really have to want quantity over quality, which I do sometimes. You get a huge bowl of noodles for 40 calories. However Ronzoni pasta they aren't.

I have to say that the Pecan Bluecheese Chopped Salad is great. I haven't looked up the stats, but it sure is tasty.

I'm currently on week 6 and I can tell you it's worth it. I would love offer my encouragement. Don't worry if there are weeks that you don't feel ready to progress on to the next week, just repeat a week if you feel the need with no apologies. There will be other weeks when you feel strong and looking forward to the next…

I find these statistics startling. Reading is really one of life's joys. I probably average 1 book per week. However I have to admit that I rarely buy them. I use the library and have some friends who lend them to me. I don't usually re-read books so I just don't see the point in keeping them. I have to admit that…

Double post, sorry!

You'll be fine. As long as you get through L.A. before 3. You might hit a traffic jam, but it won't be terrible overall by any means.
