I've been saying this to myself when I'm tempted to have a second beer, grab a handful of M&M's off a co-worker's desk, grab a cookie off a tray, etc. It's really helping me that little things add up to big rewards and it's the momentary decisions I make that will determine my longterm success.

What I love about having lost weight is not suffering in hot weather. I used to just be miserable during the summer and this year I hear people complaining about how hot it is outside and I think, hmm, really, I hadn't noticed.
