Go for it! I just did my 20 minutes and it wasn't that hard. Make sure to pace yourself from the beginning as it is not about speed but about endurance. Speed will come later. Good luck! :)

I don't like sleeping naked. Everything gets everywhere and it's just uncomfortable. Can't stand pyjamas either though. Just underwear and I'm happy!

I always log my shake especially since it has 200 calories for 2 scoops + 100 calories from the milk. Besides, I have my protein shake in order to have all of my macros on check. So I like seeing that reflected on my food diary.

I just discovered Clarity by Zedd feat. Foxes (I know, about time!) and I listened to it twice during a 30 minute work out yesterday. It was the first time I reached my distance goal before the time limit. ^_^

I have quite a lot of stretch marks on my chest, bicep area, belly, under belly and probably some on my legs too. They have faded drastically over time because they go from red to barely noticeable white. In fact, the only way they are visible is if I stretch my skin. So don't worry about it. My boyfriend doesn't mind them…

In all honesty I don't think your butt looks bad at all. :) However, take a look at the Runtastic Squats app on Android and iOs (given that you have a smartphone). It's not much but it does keep me motivated to squat.
