I just finished it. It doesn't build up huge muscles...nothing but hard hard weight training does! And you DO want muscles! Muscles burn more calories and boost your metabolism. 30 Day Shred does have cardio included in it, and it's a really tough sweaty workout. I love it.

The first few days are very hard, and you will be sore, but if you stick with it you'll improve quickly. I'm on day 28 and I am just SHOCKED and thrilled that I've gotten this far. Don't give up, if I can do it you can do it! :)

YES! I always feel much better when I'm dressed nicely. It's annoying to spend money on clothes that will eventually be too big, but it's so important to feel like I'm worth it. And listen, I AM one of the hot moms, no matter what I weigh, and you are too!! :)
