Ripped in 30 question!
I've been doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, which I love, and have 7 days left of level 3. I'm looking for input on what to tackle next. Thinking about Ripped in 30 or another Jillian program, but I live in an upstairs apartment, and the jumping around in 30DS kinda pushed the limits of what I like to put my neighbors…
