I was just suggesting foods that are higher in protein add some fruits and vegetable with lean meats. Maybe you get your carbs from pasta I don't know but I know pasta is high calorie high carbs. I'm always high for protein but lower fats. My diet isn't perfect

Wow! I am 5'3 Female 142 pounds and my BMR is 1640...you might want to re-figure your BMR. I eat 1340 calories a day. I switched to Coffee Mate Fat Free. 10 calories 0 sugar. I used to use French Vanilla and I too had the problem of to much sugar and to many calories. It was a bummer at first but it helps reduced.

I lost 5 pounds right off the bat as well, about 10 days in. I assume some of it was water weight. Now I am at a steady 2lbs a week and the weight didn't come back. I went from 160 down to 157 then 155 at first, but then it slowed to 2lbs so far last week. I don't think it's a problem, just a little water weight :smile:
