Do you ladies mind if I join in? I did L1 today and I plan on alternating L1 & L2 for 15 days like someone mentioned. L1 bores the heck out of me! Probably because I never seem to get past day 10 before I get bored and give up!

Awesome job! You look fantastic!

I do agree with others. Give it some time! I don't think you're eating back enough of your exercise calories. I know this doesn't work for everyone, but I try to always eat back all my exercise calories. I never have more than 100 left over. This has been working for me. Not everyone agrees with eating them back, but it…

Hey there! I'm a SAHM too. My sons are 4 (5 in July) and 2 (3 in August). Like you, I've NEVER had to watch what I eat or exercise much - until I had kids. I worked at Arby's and McD's during highschool and ate there all the time and never gained a pound. I was a twig! Welcome to MFP! Good luck on your weight loss journey!…

Boring here! Mine is the first two letters of my first, middle, and last names and the year I was born.
-
Thanks for the info! I'm not a place where I need to try it - yet. :)

I always seem to go over on my sugar. If it's natural (apples, oranges, etc), I don't give a second thought to going over. If it's processed sugar...well...I feel guilty about that! I try to keep processed stuff to a minimum.

You aren't alone! That's the one area where I CAN'T afford to lose anything! I already had to buy a smaller bra. I was in denial for several weeks that I even needed something smaller!
-
LOL! It's good you have such an honest friend! Congrats on the bikini!

You look absolutely INCREDIBLE!

She weighed 15 lbs more! She definitely hadn't been trying that hard.

Hey there! Go to the FOOD tab and click on SETTINGS. In there you can choose which things you want to be listed on your food journal.

I was thinking about this a little more and *maybe* aerobics - general would be the best. The calorie burn is slightly less than circuit training - general. Better to estimate slightly lower than to estimate too high!

Really? I'm a SUPER picky eater and I just tried some today for the first time and LOVED it! Did you get a fruit flavored one?
-
Chobani it is! It tried the blueberry one today and it was awesome! I can't wait to try more. I may just have to buy the box at Costco!

HRM - Heart Rate Monitor

I know! I have the same problem. Some of those games are QUITE the workout!! As mentioned above, a HRM is the only way to know for sure. I need to get one myself.
-
Me too! It seems as though Chobani and Fage are the winners. I have only tried Yoplait and Athenos and wasn't too impressed. Thank you everyone!
-
You all look amazing!

I've been at this for about a month and a half. Feel free to add me if you'd like!

Yippeeee! I found a place locally that carries it! I'll have to check it out.

I'm having a terrible time cutting out the soda! I just wish we had a Whole Foods.

I've always been told that you should lose no more than a pound a week while breastfeeding so you don't compromise your milk supply. Maybe change your goals to losing 1/2 lb a week to be on the safe side? That's all the info I have. Hopefully others can give more! Good luck!

I totally agree! I cry all the time when I watch BL! :)

Interesting. Your ideal weight range-- 114 - 125.4 lbs - sounds right to me. That's exactly within my goal. I'm nearly 5'3" and my fingers overlap (small frame).
-
I've read to log it as calisthenics. Hope that helps!

Thanks for all the input! I'm currently using 5lb weights for everything except the side lunge w/shoulder raise (I use 3 lbs on that one because those muscles are my weak ones!). I'm not sure I want to up the weights to anything beyond 5 lbs. If I move onto Level 2, I'll stay there for around 15 days (give or take). In all…

I hear ya on the diet thing! I've never stuck to any diet longer than 2 days and now I've been at it for a month. I've lost 6 lbs so far and I've had a few slip ups. All in all I'm averaging over a pound a week - so I'll take it! As far as your goal of 126 by Sept 1st - it is possible! You'll have to lose about a pound a…

We usually get it from friends who actually shot them, but we've also gotten it at custom meat packing places. It's easier to find than it used to be due to there being more elk raised on elk farms. As far as where to buy the buffalo burgers, I've bought them at Costco before. I've also seen ground buffalo at health food…
