Currently I'm a size 6 or 8, but ideally I'd like to be back to a size 4. That was the size I was before having children. I wasn't even in shape at that time, so possibly even a 2. It's been about a decade since I've been a size 2!

There's only a slight pause from one exercise to the next, so I'm positive I burned more than 42 calories! I just don't think the game calculates calories for this exercise as well as it does other exercises. Do you think it would be okay to do 2 of these 15 minute workouts back to back every other day?

I'm a full-time mom too and I put lightly active on mine. So far it's working well and I'm averaging a weight loss of 1.5 lbs a week.

Depends on what I'm wearing (jeans vs shorts for example). My weight will vary from 1/2 lb to 2 lbs. Maybe pick something lightweight to wear and weigh yourself with those clothes on and without and subtract the difference?

Just one? I have many, but the one that really gets me is the Mountain Dew! I log it, but it sure zaps up A LOT of calories and A LOT of sugar! I can't seem to kick the habit, but I'm working on it. Geez...I'd probably lose 2 lbs or more a week if I cut it out completely!

I love the Strawberry Watermelon ones! They really helped to kick my soda addiction, but I know they aren't the best choice either. I hate Crystal Light, but I also hate drinking plain water.
