  • You are doing awesome I tried the South Beach Diet and quit half way through the first day. So the fact that you are on day 5 is something to be proud of. Stay strong and you will get past the cravings.
  • I have the exact same problem. I was thinking that maybe the scale is getting old and that I need a new one. I don't know how long a digital scale lasts. It is very frustrating. I think that I am going to start to weigh myself at the gym I am sure that one accurate.

  • Good for you WW is a great tool I was on it a few years ago and lost over 40 pounds but I gained about 20 pounds of it back. I am hoping that I can loose it on my own. Best of luck to you:smile:

Today at work we celebreated a coworkers 24th anniversary we had cinnamon rolls for breakfast, pizza for lunch and cheese cake bites for an afternoon snack. I need to get to the gym to work some of this off and earn some exercise calories for dinner. Nothing…

  • I will be going to the gym for 45 minutes on the tread mill and then some strength training after that. I will be wearing my winter coat, hat, gloved and scarf to the gym it is -25 here today
  • I had trouble with them when I first started eating them but one you body adjusts to them you should not have a problem I eat them all the time now without any side effects.
  • french fries are even better than the popcorn but sadly I have been trying to avoid them
  • Ice cream and popcorn is really good too you get the sweet and salty :smile:

  • I just read an article on oolong tea. It stated that just by drinking 2 cups a day (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) will help burn calories and I am all about burning calories without doing anything. Just wondering if anyone has tried oolong tea and if it really helps. :drinker:

  • I am trying to cut out carbs in the evening. We usually have some sort of potato or bread for dinner. Any ideas on what I can use instead?

  • I did WW and it helped me loose 40 pounds and I have been able to maintain the loss but I would like to loose another 20 pounds. I thought of going back to WW but foud this website and I love it. It is so user freindly and it really helps me realize what I am eating and how much I exercise. I am sure you will loose the…
