starting MFP again after a long time.....turning 30 in January and I HAVE to be out of the 200's by then. So 22 pounds to loose! Any advice/encouragement welcomed!!

Oh my goodness forget the 1001 calories guys! That's not the point of this thread. Here's another one for you.... For example. ....... I challange you excercise at least 10 min a day for a whole week. And If you have something against that post another challenge! :)

I changed my cal goal to 1000 today. (I believe the 900 goal is just temporary to loose a chunk of the weight ) I haven't weighed myself since I started on Saturday. Just in these few days I have eaten healthier than I think I ever had. I understand that phentermine is not a magic pill I don't intend to abuse it and let…

Hi guys thanks for the feedback. I'll talk with my doctor about this 900 calorie I thought it was pretty drastic too but according to my BMI I'm considered "morbidly obese"! I set my goal at 38 for now for encouragement. I have a long way to go.

Hi I'm 26 and weigh 238. This is the most I have ever weighed so I visited a doctor and got prescribed phentermine which helps suppress the appetite. I am determined to get to a healthy weight for my own good. I can do more the healthier I am :)

Thanks :) :) today I "jogged in place" around my room for 15 min like a crazy lady just to make up for 200 cal! It felt good.
