My nutritionist gave me set of macro goals, I find MFP sets goals by percent will upgrading help me gram wise I stead of percentage wise And just want to know In general from those who have the premium is it worth it? Does it help you reach your goals? I'm definitely willing to try it

Hi I just started my fitness pal up again since 2014. I was down to 223 now back up to 232 :/ I did start going the gym! :) My fitness pal has me on 1660 calories a day to lose one pound per week I absolutely love to eat :/ what can help fill me up that is low in calories?

Anyone on Phentermine??
I got it prescribed to me since i'm so overweight. I'm 26 and weigh 238. it suppresses my appetite and gives me energy. My doctor gave me a goal of eating 900 calories a day. I realize it's a very low cal diet so would like to see who else is on it and would like to join me in this weight loss journey :)
