That burn sounds very high. Prime example of why most only eat back a portion of their exercise calories. Yes, you should be eating back half of your exercise calories.

All that's required for weight loss, is a caloric deficit. Follow the number that MFP gave you and you'll lose weight.

Weight loss comes from the deficit. Exercise helps the deficit and is for your health. Lifting helps maintain muscle mass, while losing.

Lost 16 pounds and actually went from a 34D to a double 34DD. Sorry, not what you wanted to hear, but there it is.
