Sounds like a food scale is needed, so you can ascertain if you're getting enough calories in that one meal.

No, you won't gain weight. Your BMR is (assuming you're a female and in your early 20's) 1435ish. Eat

Regardless of what it's called, it all comes down to CICO, so how bout NO diet...make a lifestyle change.

Look into a progressive lifting program.

I think its a personal preference, as it still comes down to CICO. Personally, the earlier I eat, the hungrier I am throughout the day. Since I wake up at around 4, I usually wait to eat until 10ish. Do what works for you.

In the last two months, I've been on 3 rounds of it. (Yes I've turned into the devil). Try lots of fat and proteins for satiety.
