What is your doctor saying?
-
Quest bars.
-
I've never had it been accurate.
-
Do you have negative calorie adjustments enabled?
-
Activity level is normal daily activity, so you have that spot on. You'll be earning more through exercise, which you will log separately.
-
+1 Remember, with MFP the deficit is already built in. Eat at the caloric value it gives, based on the goals and stats you've entered and you'll lose weight.
-
First, don't over restrict yourself so much. MFP is designed to eat back exercise calories. Second, up your protein and fats for satiety.

I'm just here for the popcorn!
-
Can you open your diary?
-
Yep
-
For me, it's an inside job. When I want it badly enough, I go get it.
-
Look to your logging.
-
Have a physical lately?
-
Well hello!
-
It's one day. Log it and move on.
-
Welcome to MFP. This is a great community and you'll find lots of help here.
-
Do you have an activity tracker? If so, you should have your activity level set to sedentary, enable negative calorie adjustments and let it do the rest.
-
Everything counts.
-
Less processed foods will help.
-
Try pre-logging your days, to include some snacks. Additionally, make sure you're getting lots of protein and fats, for satiety.
-
Cheating implies doing something wrong. I'm not. If I eat more on a day, I log it and move on.
-
Awesome start, way to get it! You're not on a diet, you're changing your lifestyle. You just get up each day and keep getting it.
-
Got veggies?
-
Eat pancakes.

I like carbs  All that's necessary for weight loss is a deficit.
