Your calorie burns are really high. Try eating back half for a couple of weeks, instead of all of them.

I guess I shop too much, as I like my veggies fresh, so go about 3 times a week. There is nothing exciting about going 3 times a week.

Personally, I like Greek yogurt with nuts and fruit in it. I find I load up on carbs earlier in the day, I want to feed more.
