Jr. Bacon cheeseburger 380 calories. Half size asian salad is 240, but personally, I'd do the natural cut fries at 320 :smiley:

Sorry to hear about the accident. Remember, that weight loss comes from the deficit, so exercise is unnecessary. After you heal, you'll be able to walk to help that deficit.

Agree with the rabbit, it's only a stall and should pass, but .... the closer you get to goal, the tighter your logging needs to be.

To lose weight, one needs to but eat less than they burn. Eat what you always do, only less.

It's fine to bank calories for the weekend. A lot of people use a weekly goal, instead of daily.
