I agree. The fat conversion myth if you eat right before bed it will turn to fat will just not go away.

My name is Gloria. I am a nurse and I have worked nights for 20 years. However, I work 7pm to 7am. I eat a home cooked supper before work. Weight loss and gain will not show up in one day. Give it a week.

I agree with trogalicious. If you do not put in your exercise, you are probably not eating enough. Then, your metabolism slows down. You cannot continue this so you binge WITH A SLOWER METABOLISM. Not a good thing.

Hi I am 47 My start weight in January was 140 # I now weigh 126# Goal weight 120# My calorie goal w/o exercise is 1370 cal/day I work out 3-4 times per week Typical work out: 30 min of weight lifting then 25 min of elliptical. I find when I add too much cardio to the mix, I tend to overeat and put on the pounds.

I use a sprinkle of zatarain's crab boil seasoning. Yum

I do cheat meals every now and again. I count my cals , eat low cal all day and exercise. Then I will have a night with pizza and wine or whatever. This actually helps me stick with it. I was being too strict and then I would binge. If I am a little more relaxed, I am more successful.
