If you eat too late then it will impact sleep because your body will still be digesting whilst you're trying to sleep. I go by the rule of not eating last 2 hours before bed, unless it's something very small

How about Quorn? Its dead good stuff-very versatile I really like tofu too,the white fresh stuff is better if you press it then marinate and you can also get Cauldron make tofu pieces which are flavoured

Maybr you yo-yo because you restrict your diet too much? I assume when you put the weight back on its because you started to eat the dairy/bread/ pasta/etc and don't go to the gym so much?

Personally i never put into MFP my eventual goal weight as it's too intimidating! I tend to put in 14lbs at a time-it feels so much more achievable and i always feel great when i exceed it!

frequency is the major problem, so many people will eat an apple in a short period of time but will sip on a soft drink-exposing the teeth for much longer and more regularly

i have IBS and can't touch codeine, which is a pain when i get a migraine! in fact most NSAIDS impact my stomach, i have to be careful to keep down my useage-which has been hard recently as Ive had a terrible cold!

have a drink, you could even go for a nice low cal hot chocolate-they will give you a sweet kick and the fluid helps to fill you up the other option is to just have loads of low cal munchies in the house, good luck :smile:

i would suggest that if you've never eaten a vegetable the you need to give it a go-you'll never know if you like them unless you try. Eat slowly and notice what you are eating . Take a bite then put down your cutlery or sandwich and concentrate on tasting your food. You'll enjoy it more and are more likely to feel full afterwards

I find processed foods in general are a problem, so cooking from scratch is best. Worst things personally are tomato soup, alcohol and carbonated drinks. Eat slowly and try not to overindulge as again these things will aggrevate acid reflux x
