Empire apples are the best, look pretty, they are small, round with a deep red colour and always so shiny. They are crisp, juicy and sweet! Perfect!

mine says 'STEAMPUNK!' or nutter dressed in a silly outfit -down to personal opinion i guess :D
-
well done! i wish my chap would join me on the diet!
-
i have been put off doing it as i dont think it would be filling and i need 100% attention at work also my Mum tried it a few years back and it made her fart loads!
-
im in South Wales and my diary is open to friends -so feel free to friend me. Without boasting (too much!), i do have a healthy and varied diet :D

i've been taking cinnamon tea as i figured it was worth a try and it tastes nice. Not sure if i have had any benefits, but the tea contains licorice and fennel and they have a diuretic effect so i'm not retaining water as badly as i used to (yay!)

yeah it's a shame that so many ignore the vintage clothes. I bought a beautiful 60s wedding dress from a charity shop a couple years back for about £2. Washed it and sold it via a friends vintage shop for £80!

kind of as we're not yet engaged! been together with my chap for 6 years now, we will be getting married sometime in the next couple of years (before i'm 40 please!) and i do really want to be slimmer for my wedding day :D so no date to aim for, but i prefer that as i don't feel under pressure!

yeah, has it never occured to her that the dog walker just never noticed her/saw her!

You've been watching the Jeremy Kyle show, haven't you? ;) I'm sure most American women dont look like those on CSI Miami either

I had a pepperoni pizza last week, that was a mistake! Oily, greasy, gross...

I've lived with anxiety and panic attacks for past 20 years but have mostly gained control of my life in the last 6/7 years. For me it was a combination of hypnotherapy, stress reduction in life/work and a patient partner. I really would recommend hypnotherapy as it really helped with the subconscious part of the brain.

what a change! keep going lady, you rock :D

great for chinese/thai dishes -just use the tofu instead of meat. tofu is pretty flvourless but picks up flavour, so we always marinade it before use (also if its fresh then you need to compress it first to lose some of the water) but basically marinade it in anything you want. also slice it up into whatever size chunks…

my pleasure :D

one thing to be aware of is that chewing gum too much can damage your tempromandibular joint ie/your jaw! i have seen this first hand (at work) a friend used to chew gum all day and complained of a sore jaw. Dental hospital which we were training at did a OPG radiograph which shows the whole jaw and teeth and she had major…

oh my! YOU completely ROCK! you look simply amazing :D

There's a great UK tv program called supersize vs superskinny, an obese person and an underweight person have to swap meals for 3days. The skinny person usually either has tiny tiny portions or getd their energy from sweets/high cal drinks. Best advice I can give you is def eat 3 meals a day and eat good health foods…
-
Yeah the above, but there are hundreds different types most UK supermarkets carry a wide range. I really like the Pukka brand.

teas count -though be aware that fruit teas can be quite acidic and damage your tooth enamel - worth drinking more herbal teas instead!
-
I tried it a while back mostly because reading that it has benefits for your skin ( i get roseacea bad) and acid reflux. i hated it and it felt like it burned my throat! so not keen personally but lots of other people get results so i think you just have to try ot out and see (its not expensive)
-
you look very smooth! nice :D

Certainly trying healthier versions of your binge foods will help, like French frie crisp rather than walkers. dark chocolate rather than milk (aldi do really nice dark chocolate called moser roth) oven chips rather than takeaway chips.... Good luck :)
-
Didn't insinuate that you were silly, just some people try to lose lots quickly and it makes it loads harder. Do you binge on anything in particular? I used to be a chocoholic, eating 200g bar of Dairy Milk a day. I stopped myself buying it and bought dark chocolate instead as its really hard to binge in that!

Can I ask how many calories you're on? Just make sure its not too low as that really makes it hard. I started here for the first 50 days on 1600 cals because I knew there was no way I would be able to drop to 1200 from what I was doing before! I personally found Paul Mckennas I can make you thin book very useful in…

you got there before me! not fair! :D
-
wasn't judging you i promise, just stating the facts have you been to any other model agencys btw? i know that many countries have outlawed the use of models who's BMI are too low for catwalk shows good luck with your ambition though, you are very pretty
-
well BMI less than 18.5 is underweight -i think that says it all
