I don't do measurements - I'll do that some other time in my life, after a tummy tuck! It would just serve to make me depressed. My jeans work just fine.

Do you have a hard time drinking water? I did. Until I learned that it's easier to drink water at room temp (even though it doesn't taste as good). Try it. Dieting is work - it's really a learned skill. You're doing great!!

I was 5'2" and 98 lbs and felt bloated when I'd hit 100 or something so if you were 5'3" and 100 lbs I kinda feel like ohh maybe I wasn't that thin after all! Yes I hate my body. I get into a nervous wreck whenever I go out.

hmm. you could probably cut down on the salt or even omit it since you have both baking soda and baking powder (common in banana bread recipes). i HATE adding salt to anything unless i have to. i almost always omit it from my challah recipes and no one notices. :s or i add a dash when i'm making the yeast mixture. for a…

If you actually looked at the calculator the article gave you then you'd understand more what it was talking about. People can walk "slower" upwards or downwards of 4mph at varying speeds at different heights and weights. Anyway...don't be a wet blanket.

i can go up 7 pounds to 10 if i eat too much sodium. usually about 5 because that time O month i'm taking some kind of diueretic because i'm so...stuffed. being a VERY good girl this month, though! :: goes back to her glass of water ::
