  • I am having the SAME issue and was just getting ready to google it. I've been running 4 miles a day for 2 weeks, at least 4 times per week and I have gained 2 lbs. I wouldn't stress over it and it is definitely water retention, but continue drinking lots of water!! My goal is 15 lbs by end of April.
  • Same as me. I was 208 when babies were born. Now 156. 137 pre-preg! Let me know what success you are having!
  • Right. It is always a game of poker for me during the day.... but you are right. Load up during the morning/day and then cut back at night. I save them for wine too. :)
  • I don't agree either... maybe if you are super skinny and a healthnut, you may need to focus on your diet a bit more if you are trying to lose. But, I am not the above description, and know that cardio is the way to go for me!
  • I am not sure my reply went through... bc it allows me to eat closer to 1500-1600 cals a day v. 1200. Its not that I purposely eat them back, I just end up being closer to that range on a daily basis and don't feel deprived.
  • and the reason I was eating back my burned calories is bc 1200 cals is tough, so eating closer to 1600 with exercise was much easier!

  • I eat alot of fruits and veggies, as well as the bars and crackers too. I try to eat to be full. I am going to cut my carbs and see what happens. I am just trying to lose 10 lbs.

  • I have the same problem sometimes. But I have IBS. However, I find that if I eat little meals throughout the day v. large meals, I don't get it as often. I also drink a TON of water and that seems to help.

  • Yay, thanks everyone! And thanks for the cellulite tips. I HATE it and hope that it will eventually go away, but who knows. I will try to eat less sugar, as I feel like that is where it came from. Sweets and alcohal have been good friends of mine lately!
