  • Deep fried oreos.... I dont even like oreos, but I tried them at a festival last year.. Things should NOT be able to taste that good. So yes, that is my 1 weird thing, and the one thing I do allow myself, once a year....
  • No, I don't skip, but after measuring regularly once a week on the same day every week, I do know that I tend to retain about 4 lbs of weight that week, but then it goes away the next week. Ive been monitoring it for about 5 years now, so I fell pretty comfy with my method 8 ) Good luck!
  • I was. Not the diet soda part, but the caffeine part. Its a very, very hard thing to let go of. Last year ( 2011) my new years resolution was to give up soda, and all carbonated beverages. So its been almost 18 months now without any. This years has been a bit tougher. I gave up Starbucks.. ( its ok....) I was horrible…
  • I did fill mine out. But I get why some may not want to. Maybe they are shy, not ready to. if you don't want to friend them, don't. But accept that maybe some are looking for encouragement and getting a bit aggravated by their lack of courage, or ambition to fill in the blanks for you isn't going to give people the desire…
  • It is normal, just make sure you replace. I gave up soda almost 8 months ago now, havent had a single bit. The result, my stomach doesnt hurt anymore and Im not always thirsty like before It'll even itself out soon. Keep it up!:flowerforyou:
  • when I had that last year in only one leg they had me do low impact things as well, if you can't get to the pool I'd stick with the bike, but maybe talk to your doc about aquatic therapy til it heals, it should help.
  • We use the Wii, and we buy the Wii fit, with the Wii fit board. It is awesome, and more important, it's fun and easy. Its very, VERY simple to set up, my 6 year old gets on it and plays some of the balance and yoga games. If you have a game stop or someplace like that where you live that sells used games and equiptment,…

  • I have a box of clothes in my closet. I've held on to them for the last 5 years. I actually used to have 5 boxes of clothes. I do occasionally go in there, weed through and pull out what I didnt think I would wear, or would not be stylish any longer. A friend of mine had given me about 90 % of them, so i've never worn…
  • Like clockwork! I have been monitoring mine for years, so Im very aware of when my cycle comes, and the weight gain that comes with it. I used to gain about four lbs before I had an ablation, because I had awful awful periods. Now even though Ive had the ablation I still have a period but its closer to what normal cycle…
  • I lost a little more than the site shows, but it's because i hadn't logged everything in. In the first 2 months I actually lost 22 lbs. 3 and a half months out I've lost 33. Ive hit a plateau, but I think its more so that Ive been pretty sick for the last few weeks. I think now that Im starting to feel better again things…

  • A seal walks into a club.... ( i swear Im not saying that to be mean, my 13 year old is obsessed with harp seals, and she loves that joke):flowerforyou:
  • Its happened with me, but it wasn't much of a stretch. I didn't really care for that stuff to start with it. But after a few months it has amplified my distaste for it. The thing I did notice is it has affected my families desire to have those items. They no longer want them. So I'll take that as success.:flowerforyou:
  • I love you Climax Blues Band ( Our Song, Perefect! lol):flowerforyou:
