I have "Excersize" pants that I like to wear but I am just not quite comfortable yet to wear tight fitting tops. So I just use a t-shirt. However during my last weight loss adventure Prebaby I did get more comfortable in tighter clothing. I cant wait to be there again.

I eat Fiber plus carmel crunch cereal for breakfast on the week days and loaded veggie egg white omeletts on the weekend. For lunch I usually bring whatever I prepared the night before for dinner. If I dont have left overs or it was a "Splurge"night. I bring salads loaded with veggies and low cal dressing.

Walmart does price match so look thru other store ads and take them with you if there is something on sale. It must be the exact item.

Thats the problem. There are no coupons for fresh produce, lean meats, ect. Eating healthy isnt cheap.

Unfortunately my son has inherited my jeans. Although he has an actual medical condition called Hirschsprungs. He was born with out the muscles to feel the BM. He has had two surgeries and will be on miralax or something similar for the rest of his life. He is only 3.

I still love skinny cow. They have the ice cream and also now candy. If you like little debbie nutty bars they have a candy bar that tastes just like it. Always takes my craving away. They range from 100 to 120 calories.

I know the feeling. This past week in itself has been a challenge for me with tons of family birthdays and get togethers. Then last nights Cici's pizza didnt help things. I worked my tail off yesterday but still feel like crap. Here is to a better week this week.
