I really like them. I use the flax seed one and make buffalo chicken pizza the most. I have also used them to make a panini/ grilled cheese adult style. Yummo

I agree. Although they are loosing inches and weight at a quicker pace now they will eventually hit starvation mode and may even begin gaining it back. You are doing wonderful just keep it up :)

I am sure you may already be doing this but a really good strech before and after your run is important. Also it could be the shoes you are wearing not a cheap fix in the short term but long term it would be worth it to check into a shoe store that specializes in shoe fittings.
