  • I've been doing exercise DVD's twice a week. My favourite and recommended one is the new Hannah Waterman (UK) - its very intense and you sweat buckets. It gets your heart racing with interval training so it burns more calories than just doing aerobics.

Like any long journey you go on your bound to stray from the path but it doesn't mean you should give up and watch the others pass you by, there are plenty of friends on her who will pick you up and motivate you a long the way. read some posts. xxx
  • DVD ! we have had loads of equipment over the years, they gather dust and make good clothes hangers! I love doing dvd's, there's always one for what ever workout you fancy....dance , aerobics, boxercise... ..and they dont take up much room!!
