No, you should not have to eat 1370 calories. We have similar stats, and MFP tells me to eat 1200. but my biggest advice is, as hard as it may be, just eat when you're hungry and don't when you're not. it is a workout DVD by Jillian Michaels. it has 3 levels of circuit workouts (cardio, strength, and abs). i believe you are suppose to do each level for 10 days. I got mine at walmart for less than ten bucks! Edit: cardio, strength, and abs are included in each of the 3 levels. (not one per level)

Ideal? work at a marine life rescue/ rehabilitation. I'm going to school now to be an elementary school teacher and eventually a special education teacher, and after THAT, a college professor. I think i'll enjoy that just as much :)

I know that it is something that I want to do because it is very healthy and i'm hoping to cleanse my body of all of the processed foods i have put into it. And i need a change! So i'm hoping this will do the trick :)

I would agree with this also. I think that as my level of comfort with my boyfriend got higher and higher (we've been together almost 4 years now), I wasn't embarrassed to pig out in front of him and to be lazy haha. for me, they are actually pretty accurate. a lot of the time i find that MFP actually under estimates my calories burned, according to my HRM.
