Some people log food/exercise from the time they wake up until the time they go to sleep. Some log it in 24 hour periods (midnight to midnight). I work nights and my typical "awake" time is from 3pm- 9am the next day, so I log mine from midnight-midnight. It's just easier for my lifestyle. I don't know if it really matters…

I fell off too, twice. First I completed like 2 and a half weeks and then started over and completed two weeks and THEN started over again lol. I hated workout 2.. i just did it for my last and final time and i am so happy. I'm hoping that the next 2 DVDs interest me enough to stay on track :/

No, i don't think 7 bottles is too much. If we're talking normal sized 16.9oz bottles. That is roughly 14 cups of water. When I exercise a lot I drink around 12-14+ cups in a 24 hr period. On days when I don't hardly exercise I try to drink around 9 or more.

my goal is to complete the program. i don't have a "# of pounds i want to lose" goal. i'd like to feel comfortable with the way i look in my swim suit, which seems appropriate since my 90th day is at the beginning of june!

I started yesterday! It didn't seem too hard when I was doing it, but i broke a sweat for sure. My abs are sore today but that's about it. I think it's great how you work different areas of your body every day. Week 1 doesn't seem too intense, but I haven't gotten to the cardio yet. We'll see!
