    Haven't left the air conditioning since I got to work....it's miserable out there!

    Heat index here in Indiana at 11:45am was 101 degrees. High temp today was 93, will be lowest of the work week....

    Staying inside with the AC cranked!!! I'm in Des Moines, IA and it is 98, but the heat index is 108! Sick~

    It was almost 90 here at 7am :laugh: Friday coming home and driving around after work it was 102 still at 7pm. Also my car was registering an outside temp of 107-109 coming home.

    Hot in Southeast Wisconsin too. 81 degrees by 5:45am, and I'm midway through a '3 weeks to a 30-minute running habit' program. Should see upper 90's today.
    Hope the temps break before I do.

    Im from Southern Illinois. Its 97 degrees here, the heat index here is suppose to be 116. Im staying inside as much as possible.

    Mid-Missouri here. Gonna have heat indexes in the 100's all week. I usually run at 4pm outdoors... not this week :cry:

    It's 85 here in Michigan! But the humidity makes it feel like 100! I went to the gym today but it was so hot in there, I couldn't finish my workout :( So now, I am just sitting in my air conditioned apartment.

    Even laying in bed last night I was sweating and that was with the a/c on!

    North of the border isn't any better....90 degrees right now feels like 102. thank god for ac at work....not so lucky at home...it'll be a naked party at my house tonite...

    In Dayton Ohio its 91 feels like 98 with 53% humidity and a heat advisory in affect
