lol thanks! the picture turned out small, but I think you get the idea :) and I guess what's really helped me is I don't eliminate any foods, just everything in moderation and working out everyday

you look stunning! great job :)

First off great job! And you've put me to shame! In 6 weeks I've lost 7-8 lbs depending on the day :/ ! keep it up

I enter it on MFP even though I hear it's not as accurate as a HRM, need to get one! But other than that I am liking the insanity workouts.. feels like training for a high school sports team, which as remember was hell but got results!

thanks everyone; and my muscles aren't sore from the workouts surprisingly and I am enjoying upping the intensity of my workouts. As for water I drink roughly half my body weight in mL a day [(144/2)*30] so I drink enough. I do think I need to increase my calories though because I've been only eating around 1400 a day, but…

Wow you look great! I just started insanity and really excited. Did you follow their nutrition plan/how many calories did you eat/day. I'm planning my post insanity workout by continuing to do insanity some many times/week, running, and weight lifting.

Omg you look great. I'm on day 2 of insanity and boy is it tough; i'm glad to see someone on MFP that had great results. I was wondering how many calories you ate/day while doing insanity? did you follow their nutrition guide. thanks :)

I'm starting insanity tomorrow and really excited! From the research that I've done p90x is more muscle training and insanity is more cardio, but don't quote me on it. I'll let you know in 60 days how I'm doing lol

Hello, I'm starting insanity tomorrow and I'm wondering how many calories everyone ate in order to properly fuel your body? Right now I eat 1300 a day and replace my exercise with food and have lost 7 pounds in 5 weeks! yay! lemme know :)
