Yes. I've been waiting for a moment like this to show Off my poem skills. You seem like you wanted it.

Thank you for your advice and acknowledging the fact That my program is indeed an expert one.

Biceps are an actual muscle and though compounds work Them indirectly, curls work them more directly so i don't see your reasoning. I posted videos of my form on here and actually got positive Feedback,it wasn't my form. Every body is different, thanks for the Input but just because I'm not doing 5x5 doesn't mean im not…

Thanks guys.

Thanks. I agree that it's too far away but I'm really Tall with longer legs/torso ratio than average so bending Down too far is awkward which is why I did it that way. Does my back look like I kept good form throughout the movement Though? Thanks

Has anyone tried carb cycling? "No.exercise seems to work." Explain how that's a direct answer.
-
That seems completely indirect of the question asked, But good for you!

If I eat a lot of protein and eliminate added sugars It literally takes my hunger away for hours on end.
-
Added Sugar can "fit macros" all you want, doesn't mean It's in any way, shape,or form healthy. It's not.

Peanutttt butter.
-
You want me bro?
-
S'mores pop tarts covered in peanut butter.
-
Cows leg, raw. 400 grams of protein.

Move to more of a strength based routine (3-5) reps with longer rest, and go down in Frequency to 2 times per week. When you're in a deficit unless you're a newbie To lifting you will most of the time lose strength especially If you lift as much as you did in a surplus.

Soy milk? Grind some beans and mix them with real milk? Grind some beans, mix them with milk, and then mix That with soy milk?
-
Wow.
-
Why not just stay in a deficit and eat whatever You want instead of trying to force your body To rely on fat for energy? Sounds horrible :(

Protein helps build muscle but without a calorie Surplus,it ain't happening. Is say at least 100-120 grams per day. 1 gram per pound and up is bro science . A study that came out a couple years ago said .7 Grams per pound of LBM is sufficient for building muscle. It's all about progressive overload plus calorie surplus.

How the hell did you survive an entire year on less Than 300 net calories?

I feel like cravings only come when you want something you Cant have. The only 2 ways to fix this IMO, 1. Eat whatever you want, sweets, fried food, basically Anything as long as it's in moderation and fits into your goals 2. Never eat these things. You won't crave a cookie If you never eat them in the first place. Know how…
