I love Spin its made me stronger & given me much more endurance!! Stick with it..My instructor told me it takes 3 classes to really love it.

I recently had mine resized from a 7 to a 6. Now the 6 is getting to be to big.So excited...can't wait to have it sized AGAIN!!!! :)

Bellydance Fitness with Mayte Garcia is also fun....she does a great job at showing the exercises very slow so its easy to catch on & it is quite the workout!!! Also fun to learn some Bellydance moves while getting fit!!

My husband & I did our second Bodypump class today...WE are loving this class. It is definetly a workout & your muscles are so sore the next day but its sooo worth it. 4-5 days. One of those days I try to go hiking. When I go to the gm I do 45 min of resistance weights & 45 min of cardio.
