This exactly!!! Please make sure to calculate your BMR and TDEE. A lot of people under eat at 1,200 calories. In the long term it will just mess up your metabolism.

My go-to meal would be either lettuce wraps or stir-fry. I throw a ton of veggies in it and do all different flavors. My favorite is Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Cherry Tomato, Onion, Peppers, and we tend to grill on the weekends so I add some chopped up leftover chicken. I also spice it up with Cayenne and tons of Herbs. ;)

I'm 25 5'6 at 137 right now, looking to be down to 130. I'm at a stand still right now. I'm loosing inches instead of weight, which isn't a problem for me. :wink: I'd love to be help and be helped, it's part of the journey!

Favorite veggie is definitely green beans. Grilled or pan cooked. Brussels sprouts are a close second though, baked with shallot and bacon. NOMM! :smile:

I usually do a flavored coffee, Stevia in the Raw, and a touch of Silk light. Comes to about 25 calories.

With any type of fish I make a foil "pouch" throw lots of lemon pepper and hot pepper flakes on the fish. Top with fresh lemon slices than bake at 350 till fish is done.

You could switch the sour cream to lowfat greek yogurt. I've been subbing greek yogurt for everything. :smile:

Thanks!!! Yea I can't wait to keep up the weight lifting. It's definitely toning me way more than my usual cardio. That as well as my eating habits have changed, and I'm not guzzling down diet coke. :drinker:

Thank you everyone for your great advice! I'm going to look into a yoga class. Also I'm def going to start some more lifting, although at this point lunges are a no go..I hope in due time I can rock them with little to no pain!!!
