I'm 5'10" and fluctuate between 137 and 140. I was around 155 but really uncomfortable as I have a fairly small frame. Definitely not 120 small though! I agree with what lots of others have said in that it's unhealthy to focus completely on a number, but I found it was a good place for me to start.

For low impact I think clams are great; -Lie on your side with your legs up, knees together. -Engage your glutes and keeping your feet together lift top knee off bottom knee steadily -Repeat 15 - 20 times, then swap and try on the other side. Youtube should have some vids if you don't understand my explanation :-)

Almond mill is great in porridge so I'm guessing would work well in hot chocolate...? Hazlenut milk sounds yummy! If you are just lactose intollerant you should be able to stomach Lacto free milk - tastes just the same as normal milk!

I think a weekly treat like a curry is normal - helps to keep you on track as you aren't depriving yourself. Stop stressing, keep yourself at a deficit and stay active :-)

I have raw cacao powder....I'm sure it's healthier (less processed) and can be used in the same way?? (Someone, please correct me if I'm wrong!) I used it to make chocolate mousse with avocado (also coconut oil and agave syrup) the other night - divine!

I went to the gym to do an hour of cardio the other day but nearly passed out after 40 mins - I was way redder & sweatier than I normally am when I train! That said though, I LOVE the heat and could definitely get used to living in this kind've climate!!
