To be honest I just unclicked the option in settings. I really do not care that anyone knows how many days I log or or do not log in. I know how often I log in. Plus logging in does not mean that you are keeping track of your foods. It just means that you checked in. So what?!

Yes, you can eat at night as long as you don't eat junk food. You should be eating every 3 hours or so including at night with no huge meals. It will keep your metabolism working and you have the whole sleeping time to fast. If you have been doing this and you have already lost 64 pounds then it must be okay.

I will be 60 next month. Have been doing MFP for about 3+ years. You may add me if you like.

fresprit57 is my oldest MFP and she is still going strong!

I do not eat bananas because I can't handle the sugar in them unless they are green at the top and bottom. They make me really hungry.

It is very hard when you have a family and work full time too. I find that it is a mind set. You finally reach the point when losing weight and exercising becomes a top priority. Until you reach that point then you probably won't make it. My suggestion is to buy a food scale and track all that you eat. As you pick and…

There are some great sites of you google thigh, inner thigh and then calf exercises. They will even show you how to do the exercises through YouTube. That's what I do.

I always weigh my meat after I have cooked it and try to cut off any fat that there might be since I would not eat it anyway. Depending on the fat content and type of meat, you would be cheating yourself by weighing it before hand. I have had 4.5 oz of burgers turn into 4 oz. after cooking and the fat has run out of it.…

I am 59 years old and work out in a gym so I try to go over the protein recommendation. You need the protein to aid in building some muscle and strength. I do try to go under the carb requirement but not by much. Don't forget that there are many good carbs for you like vegetables. I need to have more fiber to bring down my…

Your 1560 calories per day includes the 1200 calories that you need just to have your body function normally. You should not go under that or you could put your body into starvation mode. If you exercise off 1,000 calories then that gets added to your calorie goal. So you are allowed to eat 2560 calories for the day. I…

When I walked early in the morning, I must admit that I did not eat but just downed some water to make up for no water while I was sleeping. Never found it to be a problem. I still do not eat before I walk. On gym days (in the morning), I eat a Kashi Granola bar before I go.

You might be going at this too fast and furiously. The weight should come off slowly so that you can keep it off. Change up your exercising to something different and be sure to take a day off for your body to recover. I know when I do too much exercising and usually feel great doing it then all of a sudden I feel sick for…

I am certainly no expert but I can give you some personal experiences. That is you seem to be doing all the right things. You will stop losing weight on occasion and I call these the time your body is rearranging itself, which in your case, it seems to be doing just that. Just give it some time and more weight be begin to…

Try Skinny Cow Products. I am a chips fan myself and can limit my chips to just a 1/4 oz. Just to get the flavor and taste in my mouth. Also, I drink home made smoothies with low-fat vanilla yogart, banana and another fruit and lots of ice. Blend in the blender.

For me, I find that if I eat a good protein (2 oz), slices of deli turkey or left over chicken with a carb then I do not get so hungry. Focus in on what might make you hungry. Triggers for me are any thing with sugar or substitute sugar. I try to avoid these because if I don't I could eat a whole cow. Oatmeal is a slow…
