I just saw the documentary What the Health and the doctors on there said that most people eat more protein than they actually need. The documentary also featured some vegan body builders and obstacle course athletes who said when they cut back on protein it helped them increase energy and endurance

Isagenix has helped me lose weight in the past and I still rely on the shakes at times because they fill me up without making me feel bloated. I like the products. I say if you are seeing results keep with it.

Right now I'm having a chocolate Shakeology shake blended with a cup of coffee, little bit of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and a dash of 1% chocolate milk. It's amazing, especially after pilates :)

I love having pastries with my coffee in the morning. The key is portion control so as long as it fits in your calories. I have been making my coffee at home instead of going to McDonalds. Cheaper and healthier :)

I like steamed veggies with brown rice and then a lil bit of orange chicken, maybe something spicy because spice boosts your metabolism. low sodium soy sauce if you use it

I feel like I'm having that problem too, my arms have been looking bigger to me since I've started lifting. I'm hoping that once I lose more weight I will have the aesthetics I want :)

I know how you feel. I don't just hate myself right now. I hate myself all the time. I also have similar weight loss issues. I started at 180 lbs, eventually got down to 152 for my wedding, and now I'm back up to 170. My goal is 125 and I'm 5'6". It's a daily struggle to silence the voices of self hatred and just DO it.…

I'll eat a piece of fruit, dried pineapple, small piece of dark chocolate, or a yogurt. Doesn't seem like a lot but it does help satisfy the craving at the end of the night.

Just track your calories and you should be fine. For the subway sandwiches the thing I would be most worried about is sodium from the lunch meat. If you have 1 six inch sub a day and low sodium/fresh foods the rest of the day, I don't see a problem with it as long as it fits in your calories.

You could eat a big lunch so that you are still a little full by 7pm, or wait to eat till later and then have a BIG meal (within your calorie goal). Also if you don't want to eat but feel tempted you can brush your teeth and use mouthwash.

1. Where do you see yourself one year from now? At my goal weight of 125 lbs, married! 2. What holds you back or limits you in your quest to being healthy? Consistency. 3. What is the single most proud moment (doesn't have to be health related) that you've accomplished so far in your life? Maybe graduating from college but…

I feel the same way a lot of the time (miserable or unhappy while working out), it's hard! What works best for me is to distract myself with either music (if I'm running outside) or netflix if I'm on the treadmill or doing a DVD at home. Also, once you get into a routine of working out and you stop for a few days you will…
