If I were you I would try to stick with the freshest food possible. If you are sick I would rest and let your body heal up before trying to do any exercise. Just drink a lot of water, stay under your calorie goal, and get that vitamin c in :)

I ate 1 serving of soup instead of 2 (a whole can) and saved the rest in the fridge. I also drank water instead of soda.

I would see a nutritionist to help you figure out a meal plan or a psychologist since it sounds like you are struggling with a possible eating disorder and may need some help to look at food in a healthy way instead of going through cycles of restricting and then letting it get out of control as you mentioned.

This is true for me also. I feel so bloated plus its TOM so I'm going to give my body a few days to deflate lol and try to drink a lot of water!
