  • The one I eat is Wegmans Low Fat Wheat but I know thaat there is no Wegmans near you yet.....I think Weight Watchers bread are really good as well. I get their bagels and I will eat like lunch meat on them or have one for breakfast and they are totally low cal.

  • okay, I am 5'2" 178 pounds (lost 17 already) I workout at least 1 hour at the gym burning about 300-400 calories depending on what I am doing. Current goal status is 125 pounds. MFP says by Aug. 9 I would lose 8 pouunds if I stayed at 1200 cal. That is with 40 fat and 45 protein per day.

  • I LOVE brownies as well. What recipe did you use? You can always subsitute oil with applesauce with brownines or cakes for that matter.
  • Everyone needs a day off and needs a diet break so don't worry about it. I would however just make a commitment to not eat anything after 6pm. This balances me out when I do this.
